سیاسی بحران کا حل صرف مذاکرات؛ رانا ثناء اللہ کی اپوزیشن کو ایک بار پھر بات چیت کی دعوت

وزیرِ اعظم کے مشیر اور مسلم لیگ (ن) کے سینئر رہنما رانا ثناء اللہ نے ملکی سیاسی تناؤ کو کم کرنے کے لیے اپوزیشن کو ایک مرتبہ پھر مذاکرات کی میز پر آنے کی دعوت دے دی ہے۔ ایوانِ بالا (سینیٹ) کے اجلاس کے دوران اظہارِ خیال کرتے ہوئے انہوں نے زور دیا کہ تمام سیاسی مسائل کا حل صرف اور صرف بامقصد گفتگو اور ڈائیلاگ کے ذریعے ہی ممکن ہے۔

رانا ثناء اللہ کا کہنا تھا کہ ملک کو درپیش چیلنجز سے نکالنے کے لیے اگر ضرورت پڑی تو وزیرِ اعظم شہباز شریف اور قومی اسمبلی میں قائدِ حزبِ اختلاف (اپوزیشن لیڈر) کے درمیان ایک باقاعدہ اور باضابطہ ملاقات بھی شیڈول کی جا سکتی ہے۔ انہوں نے سینیٹ کو یقین دہانی کرائی کہ اڈیالہ جیل میں قید سابق وزیرِ اعظم عمران خان اور ان کی اہلیہ بشریٰ بی بی کو قانون کے مطابق بہترین طبی سہولیات فراہم کی جا رہی ہیں۔

سینیٹ کا یہ اہم اجلاس چیئرمین یوسف رضا گیلانی کی صدارت میں ہوا، جس میں ملکی سیاسی صورتحال کے علاوہ قانون سازی اور انسانی حقوق کے حوالے سے تفصیلی بحث کی گئی۔ اجلاس کے دوران سینیٹر ناصر بٹ اور وفاقی وزیر برائے ریلوے حنیف عباسی کے درمیان حالیہ اختلافات کا معاملہ بھی اٹھایا گیا، جس پر چیئرمین سینیٹ نے رانا ثناء اللہ کو دونوں فریقین کا مؤقف سن کر معاملہ افہام و تفہیم سے حل کرنے کی ذمہ داری سونپی۔

اجلاس کے دوران ایوان نے ریکارڈ قانون سازی کرتے ہوئے متعدد اہم بلز منظور کیے اور متعلقہ کمیٹیوں کے سپرد کیے۔ سینیٹر سرمد علی نے نوجوانوں کے نظامِ عدل (جووینائل جسٹس سسٹم) میں ترمیم کا بل پیش کیا، جسے مزید غور و خوض کے لیے متعلقہ قائمہ کمیٹی کو بھیج دیا گیا۔ اس کے علاوہ اسلام آباد میں صارفین کے حقوق کے تحفظ اور دارالحکومت کے ہیلتھ سسٹم کی مانیٹرنگ سے متعلق بلز بھی کمیٹیوں کے حوالے کیے گئے۔

سینیٹ نے عدالتوں میں ترامیم سے متعلق ایک بل کے ساتھ ساتھ معذور افراد (پرسنز ود ڈس ایبلٹیز) کے حقوق کے تحفظ کا بل بھی متفقہ طور پر پاس کر لیا۔ ارکانِ سینیٹ نے اس بل کی منظوری کو سماجی بہبود اور معاشرتی شمولیت کی جانب ایک بڑا اور مثبت قدم قرار دیا۔ اجلاس کے دوران اپوزیشن کے سینیٹر علی ظفر نے اپنے خیالات کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ کسی بھی معاشرے کی اصل پہچان اس کی عمارتوں یا نعروں سے نہیں بلکہ اس کے نظامِ انصاف سے ہوتی ہے۔

سینیٹ کا یہ سیشن سیاسی ہم آہنگی اور عوامی فلاح کے لیے قانون سازی کے لحاظ سے انتہائی اہمیت کا حامل رہا۔

PML-N's Sanaullah Again Invites Opposition to Talks

Adviser to the Prime Minister Rana Sanaullah has once again extended an invitation to the opposition for dialogue. Speaking during a Senate session, Sanaullah emphasized that complex political issues could only be effectively resolved through meaningful political discourse.

Potential High-Level Meeting

Sanaullah stated that a formal meeting between Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and the Leader of the Opposition in the National Assembly could be arranged if required. He further claimed that former Prime Minister Imran Khan and his wife, Bushra Bibi, are being provided with the best possible medical facilities during their detention at Adiala Jail.

The Senate session, chaired by Yousaf Raza Gillani, addressed a broad spectrum of legislative, political, and human rights affairs. During the proceedings, internal differences between Senator Nasir Butt and Federal Minister for Railways Hanif Abbasi were raised, prompting the Senate Chairman to task Rana Sanaullah with mediating the dispute through mutual dialogue.

Legislative Breakthroughs in the Senate

Several crucial bills were introduced and processed during the session. Senator Sarmad Ali presented an amendment bill concerning the juvenile justice system, which was referred to the relevant standing committee. Similarly, bills regarding consumer protection and health system monitoring in Islamabad were directed to their respective committees.

Protection of Rights for Persons with Disabilities

The House unanimously passed a bill introducing amendments to the courts, alongside another landmark bill aimed at protecting the rights of persons with disabilities. Senators hailed the approval as a significant milestone toward social inclusivity. On the floor, Senator Ali Zafar noted that the true identity of any progressive society lies in the strength of its justice system rather than its infrastructure or slogans.

The session concluded with a strong emphasis on maintaining legislative momentum to address pressing national governance and human rights issues.
